Welcome!

My name is Marianna and I am the owner of SzopiArt. I have thought about writing about how I started my soapmaking journey, but the truth is I don't remember. It did take me 6 months of internet research and borrowing every book available from the library before I made the first batch of soap, but I don't remember what inspired me. All I know that I love making soaps! and other crafty creations.

 I started making soaps over 10 years ago and I have given my soaps to family and friends and always had good feedback. After a few years I stopped making soaps regularly. Two years ago I needed an outlet for stress release and found soapmaking again and decided why not start something I like and grow it slowly into a business, so I have been working on setting up my online shop.

Creativity is a great stress release for me. I have made many outfits for my girls, communion dresses, junior prom dresses, princess dresses, costumes, and doll clothes over the years. I have baked and decorated many cupcakes, cookies, cakes for their birthdays for school and home. I've made earrings, necklaces and bracelets. I have always enjoyed making all of my creations.

I hope in the future I will be able to offer more of my creations in my shop so it can bring you as much joy as it brings to me, my family and friends!
